- Protect yourself and others from coronavirus when you exercise in public.
- If you have had COVID-19, wait for at least 2 weeks before you start exercising again.
Stay home if sick or you had contact with someone with COVID-19.
Wash your hands before you go out and on your return.
Do not play team sports.
Exercise alone or in your household group.
Keep a distance of at least 1,5m from others not in your household group.
Don’t share water bottles.
